Shocked by grocery prices in the UK! (British Supermarket Tour) 🇬🇧

Is London expensive? What does it cost to live there, go shopping, and what is the cost of life? We set out to answer these questions and more at a Tesco Supermarket (a British grocery chain that sells it all-- almost like an English WalMart) The store was huge, and we were surprised to see the Union Jack on everything, especially fruit, veg and meat. Also, it seemed the local products were more expensive than the imported ones. I guess people are encouraged to buy local. The prices, overall, were not too bad. I think the most expensive thing about London is the price of housing. The groceries were somewhat affordable. In terms of unique items, they have a lot! Lots of fish and chips, lots of chicken tikka, even some Lea and Perrins potato crisps (chips). It was a fun visit to the supermarket. Are grocery prices cheap in the UK? Is England expensive?
