My best bridal diet and fitness tips to get you looking & feeling FIRE for your big day! With the New Year comes a whole bunch of stressful workout and diet goals, especially if you are getting married this year! Like you have the normal New Years pressure of doing healthy stuff but its multiplied times 100 when your wedding is coming up too. None of these “new years resolutions” are going to work. If they are time or energy intensive, stressful or just not really enjoyable, there is a 100% chance that they just won’t stick. Then we have to turn to crash dieting and extreme workouts trying to look the way we want for the big day. Don’t do it. In this video I am rounding up my top EASY and sustainable healthy habits that are not only going to have you looking your best for your wedding, they are going to give you so much energy and have you feeling amazing so that you can fully enjoy your big day. These little tips will help you lose weight, clear up your skin, have SO much energy, and be able to be fully present for the most important day of your life (so far.). I do NOT suggest trying to do them all at once, that will be overwhelming. First step is just noticing where you are doing things in your daily routines that are hurting your health, your beauty and your body. Just notice where you can implement small changes in your daily life and SLOWLY change or add things in. Find the low hanging fruit first - what would be something SO easy you could do? Or what is the smallest baby step you could possibly take? Then do that. When you become intentional about your health and wellness, it slowly seeps into all of your daily routines and becomes a lifestyle. My last tip is definitely the most important and impactful so make sure you stay tuned for that one - it makes everything else possible.
