We trekked the Langtang Valley in Nepal in late March 2023 in partnership with Kathmandu-based trekking agency Himalayan Masters. Along with our guide, Govinda Rai, we trekked from Syabrubesi to Kyanjin Gompa (3865 m) over 4 days, via Sherpagaon, Thangshyap, and Langtang. We spent three nights in Kyanjin Gompa, giving us plenty of time to enjoy day hikes to both Kyanjin Ri (4586 m) and Tsergo Ri (4965 m). These were the highlights of our Langtang Trek, and we were glad we took our time trekking up the valley in order to acclimatise well before embarking on these high altitude day hikes. On our way back down the Langtang Valley we spent one night at Lama Hotel, then joined the Gosainkunda trail shortly after Pairo. Videos and guides from our Gosainkunda Trek will be coming soon!
