How to Cocoon (Intermediate Pole Trick)
The cocoon comes from an outside leg hang and is usually done on spin pole. This is largely considered an intermediate level 3/4 trick. It does require some flexibility and I would recommend spending at least 15-20 minutes warming up before this one.
