Increasing Flexibility Tailored to Tricks on the Pole- Video 1: Cocoon
Many people struggle with increasing their flexibility for specific tricks on the pole. In this video series, Hannah will take the move off of the pole and translate the trick onto the floor. This way, all you need to focus on is increasing flexibility in specific areas of your body that the trick requires. By taking the move off of the pole, and onto the ground it allows people to work on increasing their strength and range of motion from a similar position that you would be in on the pole. Hannah will explain what areas most people have a problem with specific to the trick, and then how to move past it.
