🍤✨ Udang Mayonaise – Crispy, Creamy & Ala Chinese Resto Udang mayo favorit ala restoran Chinese food kini bisa dibuat sendiri di rumah 😍 Udangnya renyah di luar, juicy di dalam, lalu dibalut saus mayo yang creamy. 🤍 Bahan: Marinasi Udang: 200 g udang kupas ½ sdt garam ¼ sdt bawang putih bubuk ¼ sdt merica ¼ sdt baking soda 1 sdm tepung maizena 1 butir putih telur Saus Mayo: 4 sdm mayonaise 1 sdm kental manis 1 sdm madu 1 sdt perasan jeruk nipis Bahan Lainnya: 100 g tepung maizena Minyak goreng Cara Membuat: 1 Belah bagian punggung udang tanpa memutuskan seluruh bagian udang agar hasil gorengan lebih lebar dan cantik. 2 Campurkan udang dengan semua bahan marinasi, lalu aduk hingga rata. Diamkan selama 10 menit agar bumbu meresap. 3 Sementara menunggu marinasi, buat saus mayo dengan mencampurkan mayonaise, kental manis, madu, dan perasan jeruk nipis. Aduk hingga rata, lalu sisihkan. 4 Baluri udang dengan tepung maizena hingga seluruh permukaannya tertutup rata. 5 Panaskan minyak, lalu goreng udang hingga matang dan berwarna keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan. 6 Masukkan udang goreng ke dalam mangkuk, lalu tuang saus mayo. Aduk perlahan hingga seluruh udang terbalut saus secara merata. 7 Udang mayonaise siap disajikan.
