I suggest alternating muscle-strengthening exercises with cardiovascular exercises (which aim to slightly increase your heart rate to train your heart). So, a minute and a half of muscle exertion, followed by a minute of cardio, and so on for about 15 minutes. Of course, all of this is done at a moderate pace, which you can adjust yourself according to your fitness level, using the options I've provided. Have fun! Anne
