Hello everyone! Welcome to this new Gentle Gym session. A little chair work for the thighs, a little standing work for the arms, and always balance 😉! I used 1kg dumbbells here, you can go up to 2kg, and for the legs, if you want to increase the intensity, you can add ankle weights from 500g to 1kg. As usual, feel free to adapt the intensity of the session to your current fitness level. Have fun!
