You can easily make this at home without an oven! 🍕 📌 Don’t forget to Like 👍, Comment 💬, Share 🔄 & Subscribe 🔔 for more delicious recipes! ✅ Ingredients / Ajzaa: 🍞 For Dough (Pizza Base) | Pizza ki Dough ke liye: All-purpose flour – 3 cups | Maida – 3 cups Yeast – 2 tsp | Khameer – 2 chaye ke chamach Salt – 1 tsp | Namak – 1 chaye ka chamach Sugar – 1.5 tbsp (12 tsp) | Cheeni – 1.5 bada chamach Oil – 1/3 cup | Tail – 1/3 cup Milk (lukewarm) – 1½ cup | Doodh (garam) – 1½ cup 🍅 For Pizza Sauce | Pizza Sauce ke liye: Butter – 2 tbsp | Makhan – 2 bade chamach Tomatoes (blended) – 3 medium | Tamatar – 3 (blend kiye hue) Onion – 3 tbsp (finely chopped) | Pyaz – 3 bade chamach Garlic (crushed) – 1 tbsp | Lehsan – 1 bada chamach Salt – ½ tsp | Namak – ½ chaye ka chamach Red chilli powder – ½ tsp | Laal mirch – ½ chaye ka chamach Oregano – 1 tsp | Origano – 1 chaye ka chamach Tomato paste – 1 tbsp | Tamatar paste – 1 bada chamach Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp | Tamatar ketchup – 2 bade chamach chicken tikka masala – 2 tsp | Peri peri masala – 2 chaye ke chamach 🍗 For Chicken Marination | Chicken Marinate karne ke liye: Boneless chicken – ½ kg (small pieces) | Chicken – ½ kg (choti choti pieces) Salt – ½ tsp | Namak – ½ chaye ka chamach Red chilli powder – ½ tsp | Laal mirch – ½ chaye ka chamach Ginger paste – 2 tsp | Adrak paste – 2 chaye ke chamach Lemon juice – 2 tbsp | Lemon ka ras – 2 bade chamach chicken tikka masala – 2 tsp | Peri peri masala – 2 chaye ke chamach 🧀 For Garnishing | Sajaawat ke liye: Green bell pepper (small cubes) – 1 | Hari shimla mirch – 1 (choti pieces mein) Onion – ½ (sliced) | Pyaz – ½ (katri hui) Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup | Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup Cheddar cheese – 1 cup | Cheddar cheese – 1 cup Oregano – 1 tsp | Origano – 1 chaye ka chamach ✅ Method / Tareeqa: 1. Dough Preparation (Dough Banayein): In a large bowl, add lukewarm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 mins to activate. Now add flour, salt, and oil. Mix and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 1–2 hours until the dough doubles in size. 2. Sauce Preparation (Sauce Tayaar Karein): Heat butter in a pan, add chopped onion and crushed garlic – sauté till golden. Add blended tomatoes, tomato paste, and ketchup. Mix well. Add salt, red chilli, oregano, and peri peri masala. Cook on low flame until the sauce thickens. Let it cool. 3. Chicken Marination & Cooking: Marinate chicken with salt, red chilli, ginger paste, lemon juice, and peri peri masala. Let it rest for 20 mins. Cook in a pan with 1 tbsp oil until chicken is tender and slightly crispy. 4. Assembling the Pizza: Roll out the dough into a pizza base. Spread the prepared pizza sauce evenly. Add cooked chicken pieces on top. Add sliced onions, green bell peppers, and both cheeses generously. Sprinkle some oregano for extra flavor. 5. Baking: Oven: Preheat at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 15–20 mins until cheese melts and crust is golden. Stovetop: Place pizza in a preheated pan on low flame. Cover and cook for 12–15 mins until cheese melts.
