Jak trenuje KAMIL HERZYK? Rekordzista Polski na 3000 m | Trening progowy COS Spała

How does the Polish 3000m record holder, one of the most talented young long-distance runners in Poland, train? In a truly rainy day, we set off with a camera and micro-ports to COS OPO Spała, where Kamil Herzyk—Polish 5k road champion and U23 national indoor record holder in the 3000m—was putting in the final touches before the European Championships. This year in Gdańsk, he ran the 5000m in 13:31.72, achieving the best result by a Polish athlete since 1992 and the sixth-best result in the history of Polish athletics. Kamil trains at the Just Team Bielsko-Biała club under the supervision of coaches Kamil Kos and Bożena Dziubińska-Motała. In this video, we'll show you from the inside what running training at the aerobic threshold looks like. You'll see Kamil "run" the pace at which he intends to run the 5,000m at the European Championships. You'll hear Coach Bożena's professional commentary on the entire training unit and learn how this type of effort affects an athlete's body. One thing is certain—after watching this video, no downpour will be an excuse to skip training! 🎥 An editorial project by Bieganie.pl about professional athlete training. ➡️ Subscribe to our channel and follow future episodes featuring the best athletes in Poland. #bieganiepl #bieganie #DirectionTrening #trainingbiegowy
