Tak trenuje rekordzistka Polski – Elżbieta Glinka. KieRUNek Trening

Elżbieta Glinka won three medals at the Polish Championships in the 2025 season. However, her record-breaking run during the 35th Independence Run in Warsaw was the most memorable. Mikołaj Raczyński's athlete set a new Polish record in the 10-kilometer race with a time of 32:00. As part of "KieRUNek Trening," we caught up with the athlete four days after this performance, for her final performance before her next race at Milano 21. Ela openly states that her goal is to improve her personal best in the half marathon (1:12:46). The Polish athlete also has a good chance of winning the entire event, which will take place on November 23rd. During the training session, which took place at the new warm-up stadium of the Nowa Skra Center in Warsaw, we watched the athlete perform a 14 x 1000-meter run at a pace similar to a half-marathon. We spoke with the athlete and her coaches. In our video, you'll learn how such a session should proceed, what the warm-up looks like, when to practice taking gels, and how challenging this type of training should be. We'd like to thank Aktywna Warszawa for hosting us at the new stadium.
