RECIPE PLEASE CHECK DESCRIPTION!!! ==================================== COOKING SET 👇👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ======================================== BLENDER 👇👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ======================================= INGREDIENTS PLATE 👇👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ====================================== BATAM FISH SOUP Recipe by Rudy Choirudin INGREDIENT 1: Sprinkle Powder 60 g skinless salted jambal fish, diced and fried crispy 2 tbsp garlic chips INGREDIENT 2: Make the Stock 150 g fish heads and bones 1000 ml water 3 cloves crushed garlic 3 tbsp fish sauce 3 cm ginger, bruised 1 stalk spring onion, cut into 3 cm pieces 1 tbsp salted jambal fish powder (ingredient 1) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp mushroom stock 300 ml water to add to the boiling stock INGREDIENT 3: 400 g fish Mackerel 1 tablespoon clear lime juice mixed with 150 ml water, spread evenly 4 green tomatoes, cut into even pieces 100 g salted mustard greens, thinly sliced 100 g lettuce leaves Method: 1. Rub the mackerel with the lime water solution until evenly distributed and set aside 2. Drymeal ingredient 1 until powdered and set aside 3. Boil all ingredients 2 over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat to low, cook for 30 minutes, remove any unused ingredients, and set aside 4. To serve, take 1 bowl of stock and bring to a boil, add the salted mustard greens and tomatoes, cook for 1 minute, add ¼ of the mackerel meat, and cook for another 4 minutes from the boiling point. 5. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom of the bowl and top with the fish soup. 6. Sprinkle with ½ tsp salted fish powder and fried onions. 7. Serve hot #recipe #supikan #batamfood
