RECIPE PLEASE CHECK DESCRIPTION!!! ==================================== COOKWARE 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ======================================= INGREDIENTS PLATE 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ======================================== PRACTICAL CHICKEN BASIC Recipe by RUDY CHOIRUDIN Ingredients 1: (chopper) 250 g chicken thigh meat 75 g shrimp meat 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp fried onion 1 tbsp garlic chips 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp granulated sugar 1 tsp mushroom stock 1 tbsp oil 1 egg white 50 ml crushed ice cubes 5 tbsp tapioca 1¼ tsp salt 200 ml cooking oil Ingredients 2: 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp mushroom stock ½ tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp garlic chips 1 tbsp fried onion Ingredients 3: 2 lt water boiled 1 large white tofu cut into triangles boiled with 300 water ½ tsp salt until soft 15 pieces of fried tofu called dry tongue 2 tbsp fried onion 1 tbsp small chopped spring onion How to Make: 1. Put all ingredients 1 into the chopper except salt, puree until emolted 2. Put the chopper salt back in until the dough starts to get heavy, turn it off. Let it rest for 5 minutes 3. Boil water for ingredients 3, salt, mushroom broth, fried onions and garlic chips over medium heat until it starts to boil. Turn off the heat, shape the meatballs 4. Take the chicken meatball mixture, you can shape it with 2 spoons, you can use your hands or a mold made from a bottle or PVC pipe until all the mixture is used up and the meatballs start to float 5.
