Welcome to 「酒滿飯寶 Chef Po」channel. First of all, Happy New Year to everyone! Wishing you good health and success! Today I'm sharing a recipe that I believe everyone will love - Lemongrass Pork Chops. I have two cooking methods: pan-fried and deep-fried. If you want more flavor, deep-frying is definitely the tastiest, but if you're worried about it being too heaty, you can use the pan-fried method! I hope you enjoy this recipe. Lemongrass Pork Chops Ingredients: Pork chops - 600g+ Fresh lemongrass - 3 stalks Lemongrass powder - ½ teaspoon Onion - ¼ piece Chili - as needed Shallots - 2 pieces Garlic - 2 cloves Green onions - 5 stalks Sprite/7up - 150ml Water - 100ml Three-powder mix (flour, wheat starch, cornstarch ratio 1:1:1) Sugar - 1 teaspoon Fish sauce - 3 tablespoons Maggi soy sauce - 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon Eggs - 3 Breadcrumbs - as needed Steamed fish soy sauce - as needed If you have any dishes you'd like to see, please leave a comment!
