Lucky Braised Pork Hock with Hair Moss Ingredients: Pork Hock - 1.2kg Hair Moss - 30-40g Lettuce - appropriate amount Ginger, Shallots, Garlic, Green Onions - appropriate amount Rock Sugar - 70g Bay Leaves, Star Anise - small amount White Pepper - half tablespoon Japanese Teriyaki Sauce - 70ml Braising Sauce - 70ml (You can use pre-made braising sauce from the supermarket) If you have any dishes you'd like to see, please leave a comment!
