North Algonquin Canoe Trip - P1 - Solo Canoe Trip -Kiosk, Mink, Mouse, Maple - Book Tour

I headed to Algonquin Park for the May long weekend, to edit my new book, The Space Between Lakes. The reason I chose this loop is it was the first big 5 day solo portaging trip I'd ever done, in 2017 and that is where the book goes up to. I did the route in reverse, as the sites were booked going counter clockwise, which was a bit tougher. I met a lot of amazing friends on the journey, got nostalgic in many places while reading/editing the book visiting those same places that I was reading about. It weighs approximately 32 lbs. This canoe was created to celebrate H2O's 20th Anniversary displaying the standard 20th anniversary symbols of asters, platinum and emeralds. There are also 10 asters per side, totalling 20, to represent the years H2O Canoe Company has been in business.
