My 7-minute cookies really only require a few ingredients, are incredibly tender, and get a wonderful Christmas sweetness from the strawberry jam. Perfect for anyone who has little time during the Christmas season but still wants to bake something delicious. The dough is soft and buttery, and gets a fresh note from a little lemon zest. I fill the small indentations with jam and dust them with powdered sugar after baking.
