FEBEX 2026 Part 2

FEBEX 2026, organised by the Alton Model Railway Group, was held at Eggar's School, Alton over the weekend 7th/8th February. Part 2 shows the remaining layouts that I was able to video before running out of energy & time! My apologies to the exhibitors of those few layouts that I missed and thanks to the organisers and exhibitors for an entertaining few hours. Narrow gauge railway serving a small forest halt, wood mill and quarry in the 1950s. 03:11 Hinksey Yard - N gauge; 2mm scale - David Searle. Double track main line & railway engineering supplies distribution yard in Oxfordshire circa 2010. 08:19 Fareport Diesel Depot - 0 gauge; 7mm scale - Gary White. BR diesel stabling & maintenance depot. 11:27 Fence Houses NCB - 00 gauge; 4mm scale - Ian Forsyth. Busy NCB shed in the coalfield area of the industrial North-East. 15:15 Tan-y-Bwlch - 009 gauge; 4mm scale - Richard Holder. A through station on the Ffestiniog Railway during a 'Bygones Weekend' event. 22:13 Stedham Mill - 3mm scale - Paul Hopkins. 'Might have been' junction station between the LSWR & LBSCR in Southern or post-nationalisation eras. 24:41 Bramble Lock - 2mm scale - Michael Doherty. Small space layout featuring a goods yard, engine shed by a canal. 25:56 Ashwood End - 2mm scale - Gordon Homer. Small space layout featuring a small engine shed, carriage sidings and wagon works.
