South Hants MRC Portsmouth Exhibition 2023 Part 1

An interesting exhibition organised by the South Hants Model Railway Club. There was only one 'modern image' layout and that was the only one in 00 gauge. All the other layouts were in gauges/scales and regions/eras that I have not seen at many exhibitions. An L&Y branch line that includes a small halt and sidings. 11:58 Foston Mills - 0 gauge; 7mm/ft scale - Stubcroft Farm Studios Railway Circle. A 'might have been' branch of the North Holderness Light Railway. 18:05 Drws y Nant - 9.42mm gauge; 2mm/ft scale - Nigel Ashton. A passing station on the GWR Ruabon to Barmouth route in Mid-Wales. The lorry is moved by the Magnorail system. 23:26 Northport Quay - 36.75mm gauge; 7mm/ft scale - David Holman. Represents a small harbour in County Mayo, North West Ireland.
