Very often, it’s your stomach that decides whether you continue or stop. In this video, I share my personal experience with nausea, loss of appetite, and what many riders know as “gastric shutdown.” 🥴 Understanding gastric shutdown At a certain point, the body simply refuses food — even when energy is urgently needed.
