This 3D workout is aimed at improving hip and spine mobility. We work in rotations and diagonals, just as the body moves in real life. This gentle seated routine is suitable for regular practice and pain prevention. In this video, you'll find 3D exercises for the hip joints, focusing on rotation, control, and the connection between the pelvis and the spine. In everyday life, we rarely use our bodies in all planes of motion. Sharp turns, bends, and movements in a car or at home can cause discomfort and pain if the body isn't prepared for such stress. This routine: • improves hip mobility • gently engages deep muscles • develops control and stability • improves thoracic spine mobility The workout is performed seated, at a leisurely pace, with technique explained.
