Purely by chance and completely unplanned, a "clearing" opened up before me. It was late autumn, and suddenly a racetrack hidden in the woods appeared before me. At first, I thought of quads or motocross, but this track was so much smaller in comparison, and then I read the sign in front of the clearing: MAC Uetersen. An RC off-road track. WOW! I contacted the club and met with the chairman, Kay Ehrichs, at the start of the season. I was absolutely amazed. Just moments before, a bare, cold autumn scene, and now a spectacle that makes hearts beat faster. For those who don't know me yet: I travel through our beautiful Schleswig-Holstein in my Piaggio Ape, giving tips on excursions and accommodations, and showing special, delicious, and worthwhile things for vacationers, day-trippers, and locals alike.
