How To Improve Your UT2 Training

Rowing | Fitness | Lifestyle Instagram: @tom_milli Facebook: @tommillingtonvlog This week I've really got back into full time rowing training (whilst working full time) and have done around 50-60km of UT2 erging. I also got to get out on the water in a coxed 4 at Royal Chester, for the first time in months. Loving being back in a boat and back on the rowing hype. I posted up a picture of one of my UT2 ergs (3 x 30 minutes) and received a few comments and messages asking about how to make the most of steady state sessions and improve. The thing is that there are no shortcuts - the more you do, the fitter and faster you get. However, I thought I'd make a video with a few of my tips for getting through the longer ergs that make up winter training and I hope it helps you out. Also, have a great Christmas and enjoy a little break from rowing if you get one! Hope you enjoy the video and let me know what you want to see next! shot with Canon 700D + Go Pro Hero 4
