Pulled pork en olla rápida
Here's one of my favorite meals: Pulled pork (or shredded pork, though it sounds better in English). For the marinade, I basically used classic spices plus a few others I had at home, but you can add or remove ingredients to suit your taste and experiment until you find the perfect combination for you. What is important for our pulled pork is that it marinates for at least 4 hours and that you follow my advice of not releasing the pressure from the pressure cooker after 50 minutes. Ingredients for my marinade: • Teaspoon of garlic powder. • Teaspoon of oregano. • Teaspoon of cumin. • Teaspoon of hot paprika. • Teaspoon of sweet paprika. • Teaspoon of ground ginger. • 2 bay leaves. • 100 ml of vinegar (any kind you have) • 100 ml of beer. • 100 ml of beer. • Salt and black pepper. Ingredients for our pulled pork: • 1.5 kg of pork head (boneless) • 3 cloves of garlic • 1 onion • 2 bay leaves • 700 ml of water or stock (optional) • 1 stock cube (optional if using stock) • A splash of white wine, beer, or soy sauce.
