In China, You NEVER Eat Alone! (Breakfast in Henan)

I recently when to the city of Zhengzhou, in Henan Province, to attend an awards ceremony... And I won a prize!!! So, how did I celebrate? Of course, with Chinese food. The day after the awards ceremony, I got up really early to go eat one of China's spiciest breakfast dishes, called Hu La Tang 胡辣汤, which literally means 'Pepper Spicy Soup'. I've actually eaten this dish before, but I've never tried Zhengzhou's version. And boy oh boy, I was not ready for how spicy this is. Have you tried this breakfast dish before?
