I print a design on a large A4 sheet, and then "draw with a pencil" on parchment paper. I turn it inside out and use fractionated chocolate (I used the Top Harald brand topping). I melt the chocolate and put it in a parchment paper bag (my preference), carefully outlining the entire design. Then, I let it dry in the refrigerator (it's super quick) and carefully transfer it to the cake.
