Hochzeitstorte 3-stöckig / Sahnetorten / kein Fondant

A three-tiered wedding cake for one of the most beautiful days in a couple's lives. This wedding cake consists of a lemon cake, a Black Forest cake, and a strawberry cake. The very sweet fondant was completely omitted. This video only shows the assembly of the three cakes and the decoration. There are separate videos for making the individual cakes. Recipes: 1. Lemon Tart (32cm Baking Ring) Batter 12 eggs 360 ml neutral-tasting cooking oil 450 g Greek yogurt (10% fat) 360 g sugar 1 1/2 tsp lemon sugar or lemon zest to taste 450 g flour 150 g cornstarch 9 level tsp baking powder 3 pinches salt Cream 210 ml lemon juice (approx. 6 lemons) 450 ml water 250 g - 300 g sugar 75 g cornstarch Zest of 1-2 lemons 9 sheets of gelatin 450 g Greek yogurt (10% fat) 900 ml cream Baking time: 160°C fan oven, approx. 50-55 minutes Note: Line the baking ring with parchment paper to prevent the batter from spilling. 2. Black Forest Cake (26cm baking ring) Dark sponge cake 4 eggs 4 tbsp warm water 200g sugar 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 200g flour Filling 600ml cream 1 jar sour cherries (750g) 1 packet vanilla pudding powder (37g) 1-2 tbsp sugar to taste Baking time: 160°C fan oven, approx. 50 minutes 3. Strawberry Cake (20cm baking ring) Sponge cake 2 eggs 2 tbsp warm water 80g sugar 100g flour 2 pinches baking powder Cream 350g strawberries 150g natural yogurt 300ml cream 50g-60g sugar 5 sheets white gelatin 1 sheet red gelatin Baking time: 60°C fan oven, approx. 40 minutes 4. Assembly 9 Wooden skewers or sturdy drinking straws (approx. 10 cm long) Cutting boards: Cake board Ø32 cm, Ø25 cm, Ø15-18 cm 1,000 ml cream 5 gelatin sheets if needed for hot temperatures Olive branches, roses, flowers, etc. if needed Note: Always use the recipe quantities listed here to make the individual cakes. The decorations shown there are not included in the individual videos. These will be replaced with cream and appropriate sculpting for the wedding cake after assembly.
