MMA Ground and Pound Conditioning

This is a quick and easy to do MMA drill and great for clients who are looking for something different to burn fat. It's also great for fighters once thrown into a circuit or done as interval training. There are many different ways to go about it and a lot of different things you can add in to make it more challenging for some of your more in shape clients or when training for the next fight. Stay tuned, more of these types of workouts will be put up soon. Even though I said 12, I realized I started doing 12 and then went to 10. This was my 3rd attempt at making this video, as you can tell from my voice I was really tired lol, sorry about that.
