We visited the popular restaurant "Kobe Beef Steak & Hamburg Kamishige," located in Kobe Motomachi, for this interview. The restaurant was founded with the desire to offer Kobe beef at a more affordable price, and it has become a well-loved steakhouse among locals. The restaurant is run by a talented and beautiful chef with a background in French cuisine. Known for her craftsmanship, she handles almost every task by herself—from preparation to cooking. Even on the morning of our visit, she was doing all the prep work solo, which left a strong impression. The place was bustling with customers that day, including businesspeople and couples, clearly showing its popularity. The signature Kobe beef steak was, of course, outstanding.
