Deep Release for the Lower Body Yoga Class - Five Parks Yoga
This yoga class is just long enough (40 Min) that it covers a wide variety of postures that stretch and release tension from the hips, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, ankles and feet. Postures such as lunges and lunge variations with twists, pigeon, fire log, cow face, frog and more are included. While the focus of this class is primarily the lower body, there are downward facing dogs, forward folds, twists and binds included in this practice.
