"Just to monitor whatever gang that you're assigned to, whether that's social media, following any updated trends, and you know, trying to prevent any you know, violent crime you know occurring throughout the city of Jacksonville." 05:04 "As a criminal gang, but they're more of like neighborhood, like hybrid gangs, whereas in your national gangs, you see like a hierarchy, a structure where it's, you know, organized. What we have seen and what we've experienced in Duval County is, you know, more of like the neighborhood hybrid stuff, where there's no hierarchy, you know, so forth." 06:39 " 6 block. Was that documented by the Jacksonville sheriff's office as a criminal gang?" "Yes, ma'am." "When did that occur?" "That occurred in August of 2019." 13:29 "ho is being depicted in state;s exhibit 34" "that is Charles Jones." 16:00 "So the criteria that Charles Jones met was he was identified by, you know, as a documented, reliable informant." "He adopts the style of dress of the criminal gang." 17:01 " Is this an exhaustive chart of members that have been documented by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, of members belonging to 6 block?" "these are, you know, just a few." 25:06 "bully gang would have been the younger version of six block who, in a certain sense, Charles Jones founded" 23:49 cross by Rashad Murphy's lawyer Brian Gonzalez "Detective, Don Julio is oftentimes consumed alcohol, or particular type of alcohol with the African-American Black community, especially in the in the rap culture. Correct?" "Correct." 31:54 "How many criteria do you use, detective, before you document someone?" "I try to use at least four or five." "And every detective does their own thing when it comes to that right?" "Yes, sir." 34:11 "if someone was in the company of a known gang member four more times, that would make them a gang member, or that would make that would meet that criteria on the way to make the making of a gang member correct?" "If we were trying to document that individual." 36:29 cross-exam by Davion Murphy's lawyer Nick Sinardi 37:35 cross by Isaiah Chance's Justin Petredis, **************************** You can read about the first trial over Julio Foolio's murder here: https://www.legalaffairsandtrials.com...
