Grandmother Claims Julio Foolio Suspect Never Owned or Used Firearms

The grandmother of Sean Gathright testified about the police coming to her home after he was allegedly involved in the murder of Julio Foolio. She saw her grandson with bags that the state believes contained firearms used in the murder. However, his grandmother said one of the bags contained a camera. The police watched footage from her home, but she later told them to leave because they allegedly downloaded the video. Gathright is one of five suspects in the case, along with Alicia Andrews.
