Florida Cop Details Isaiah Chance's ATK Gang Membership In Julio Foolio Capital Murder Trial

Like Detective Juan Ramos, Detective Richard Neader testified twice in the capital murder trial over the ambush slaying of rapper Charles "Julio Foolio" Jones Jr. in Tampa, Florida. Neader's final witness stand appearance was Tuesday (May 5), and jurors saw many photos while Neader, who works for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office in the gang unit testified defedant Isaiah Chance's status as a documented gang member under Florida state law. 04:45 "you discussed with us some of the motivations of each of the gangs.
