My postpartum experience: the first 40 days & beyond
In this video, I share what it was like to prioritize rest & recovery during my early postpartum period. I was inspired by the book "The First 40 Days: the Essential Art of Nourishing the New Mother" by Heng Ou (I highly recommend this book to anyone who is pregnant!). I also share a bit about how I have an oversupply of milk, and how that caused a lot of challenges with breastfeeding.
