Indycar Racing 2: Adding widescreen, video # 20 (Free look)

@skchow9562 suggested trying this and it works. I've configured [Left arrow] and [Right arrow] to rotate the camera but an extra axis or the mouse could be bound. I guess I could add a second wind like look behind/to the sides cam or add a spectator mode. The cockpit sprites rotate with the car at the moment.
