RECIPE today? 🍎🧁 Apple and cinnamon cupcakes, perfectly complemented by a smooth cream cheese frosting. Exactly the kind of dessert that makes your house smell like relaxation, Sunday and "I want one more". 🤍 Pastry Chef Ioana Romanescu prepared an absolutely delicious recipe for us, and now it's your turn to try it at home! ✨ 📌 Full recipe: 🧁 Cupcake batter (24 pieces): • Eggs – 4 pcs • Coconut sugar – 85 g • Grape oil – 85 g • Diced apples – 400 g • Ground walnuts – 80 g • Flour – 250 g • Hazelnut/almond/coconut flour – 60 g • Cinnamon – 8 g • Nutmeg – 3 g • Ginger – 3 g • Baking powder – 10 g ✨ Preparation: In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil and continue mixing until a fluid, creamy consistency is obtained. Add the diced apples and ground walnuts, and finally the dry ingredients: flour, hazelnut flour, spices and baking powder. Pour the mixture into cupcake molds and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes. 🤍 Cream cheese: • Elle&Vire cream cheese – 360 g • Valhrona white chocolate – 35 g • Lemon juice – 20 g • Elle&Vire whipped cream – 120 g ✨ Preparation: Melt the chocolate in a bowl. Separately, mix the cream cheese with half the amount of lemon juice. Add the melted chocolate and the rest of the lemon juice, then the whipped cream. Mix until a smooth and creamy texture is obtained. Leave to cool, and after the cupcakes have cooled, decorate with cream cheese.
