Quarter the mushrooms and cut the onions in big pieces. Heat up two pans with some oil in one pan over high heat sauté the mushrooms in the other pan over high heat sauté the onions. After the onions and mushrooms have browned , Deglaze each pan with 2 tablespoons in each with white wine add a little salt and pepper to taste. 2. Then combined the onions and mushrooms into one pan. 3. Diced the steak in half inch cubes. Salt and pepper to taste. Then put some oil in a pan and cook the steak over high heat For about five minutes. Deglaze with 2 tablespoons of white wine. 4. Add the garlic, bayleaves, tomato sauce, and beef bouillon into the pan. Simmer for about 10 minutes. 5. Add the mushrooms and onions to the pan with the beef. Then add the whipped cream to the pan and cook for an additional five minutes. 6. Add the black olives. (Optional: if you want the sauce to be thicker. In a small pan melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add 1 tablespoon of flour, stir over low heat to make a paste, Roux. Cook on low for five minutes. Then whisk into the pot with all the other ingredients. Cook for an additional five minutes.)
