Yoga for Scoliosis - 15 minute morning back pain relief

Join me for some yummy yoga stretches to release tension in the spine and hips. This can be done in the morning, or any time of the day, whenever you feel tight and need it! I recommend the use of blocks and blankets as prop support. This is not specific to any one kind of scoliosis, so having awareness of your convex and concave sides would be helpful. Happy stretching!
