In this vlog about my Ironman 70.3 preparation, I show you what this process is really like: cycling, running, and swimming workouts, how I feel on the bike, an analysis of the first month of training, and my year-round plan to reach my peak performance for the big goal. I also talk about cycling cadence, share some news from my life, and tell you how I'm building this journey towards the Ironman 70.3 Malaga from a realistic, amateur, and very personal perspective.
