Went to Level 1 and 2 in Chicago in October 2016. Now using it before every training session to increase performance & prevent injuries. Solved low back pain & increased squat (+35 lbs.) and deadlift (+28 lbs.) after a few weeks. Most activations are done with the thumb.. You should press hard and it should be uncomfortable/painful.
