Last week we looked at how to get the basic ‘Poon Sau’ or rolling action happening, so today it’s all about examining the main details to ensure the right lines, angles and energy to apply in order to get the most out of the initial ‘Chi Sau’ motions before we move on to specific details about attack, defence & more advanced concepts. By & large, everything that we have already noted with regard to the single-hand drill still applies, but as both hands are now actively engaged, thus everything is made more complex by a factor of two.
