It’s now week #102 in our series, and we are still taking a close look at the ‘Daan Chi Sau’ dril, now focussing on the stepping version of that drill and looking at other training options. In addition, it’s important to stress the importance of keeping the rear hand in the correct position during this & any other single-hand drill, in order to switch on both sides of the body so as to make use of the full strength of our structure for both power & balance, and for having both hands primed for action at all times.
