Strength Drills for Beginner Aerialists

This video is great for aerial students at the beginner level who are working on the foundational strength needed to learn skills. Follow along with me for this short sequence of exercises (drills). You will need an aerial hammock/sling or the equivalent (rigged in a safe way for going upside down) to do this workout. Make sure you warm up first.
