Yin Yoga from Bali combines calm and relaxation, stretching the legs and opening the hips. There will be bends, twists, some lying down, and, as always, plenty of breathing :) I hope you enjoy it! This practice can be done at any time of day, but I think it's best in the evening – after a long day, or simply when you feel like relaxing, stretching, and unwinding. Yin Yoga is a type of yoga characterized by longer stances to truly feel how each pose affects your body. There will be stretching, a slow pace, and relaxation, so wear something super comfortable, roll out your mat, silence your phone, and get ready for 45 minutes of total relaxation.
