Last minute Christmas Torte 🎄 Spekulatius Torte mit Fruchtfüllung

Christmas is in 9 days 🎄 and if you need a great cake idea 🎂 at the last minute, my last minute Christmas cake 🎅 is the perfect choice. If you also like speculatius and cinnamon, then nothing can go wrong. The cake is super easy to bake. Anyone can make it. ❤️ The chocolate cake base is quickly made and cut into three halves so that you end up with 3 thin cake bases. You will love the speculatius buttercream and this fruit filling made of cherries 🍒🍒 is the icing on the cake. Now just attach the decorated speculatius biscuits to the outside of the cake and it's ready. This combination is simply magical and I have tried more cake than ever before. Sure, you can also buy a ready-made cake, spread my buttercream on it and decorate it with the cookies, but then you would simply miss out on a truly special taste experience!!
