Today I'm baking a themed cake inspired by Sebastian Fitzek's new book "The Calendar Girl". Not everything went smoothly and at the end of the day I had to hand the cake over to Sebastian on a stage in front of 13,000 people.😳🍰 For the cake I prepare a gingerbread dough, which I cover with ganache and then fondant. But not everything went smoothly... When I tell you, I almost lost my nerve🤣 But in the end the cake turned out great anyway!
