Bauernhof Torte / Farmer Fondant Cake / Elas Geburtstag / Sallys Welt

Themed Cake: It's already been over a year since little Ela was born. Where has the last year gone? I spent a long time thinking about what the cake should look like. And then Ela basically helped decide herself :) She loves animals and is always imitating farm animal sounds... So it had to be a farm-themed cake. And because she loves blueberries so much, I made the bottom tier from a lemon-almond sponge and filled it with French blueberry cream and a blueberry fruit filling. On top is the smaller tier: a chocolate-nut cake with nougat cream and a banana-pear fruit filling. Farmer Cake. Birthday Cake.
