Entremets Yuzu Praliné noisette !

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to show you how to make entremets composed of a yuzu/lime whipped ganache, a praline center, a praline crunch, and a hazelnut financier biscuit. I've also tried the other flavors. In general, they pair best with savory dishes. For sweet dishes like this one, I only used two because the cider vinegar flavor is still quite prominent, so it needs to remain subtle.
