In the video Nelio showcases some of the plyometric exercises he uses with his athletes. To give you some background Nelio coached the men's and women's Olympic long jump champions in 2008 - Irving Saladino and Maureen Maggi. He currently works with other elite athletes, including those from China. In the video you will see progressions of plyometrics from the warm-up through to drop and block jumps and hurdles jumps and box jumps (drop jump variants).
