Cut the stem of the shishito pepper and make a slit with a knife. 2. Wipe the yellowtail dry with a paper towel and coat it with flour. ③ Add oil to a frying pan Fry the shishito peppers over medium heat and remove Mix with salt and bonito flakes. ④ Place the yellowtail face down in the frying pan Fry until well browned. ⑤ Turn over and fry the other side until crispy.
